1. Order Processing Time
- Processing Period: All orders are picked and packed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Special Items: For pre-order items or rare models that require restocking, processing time may be extended. The specific shipping date will be noted on the product page or in your order confirmation email.
- Holidays: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Shipping will resume on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
- You can click the link in the email or log in to your Variomech account to view real-time tracking status under "My Orders."
- Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system.
4. Delivery & Inspection (Important)
Since drones and robots are high-value precision instruments, please pay close attention to the following:
- Signature Required: To ensure security, all packages must be signed for upon delivery. We do not support leaving packages in lockers or at the doorstep without a signature.
- Package Inspection: Before signing, please inspect the outer packaging for any obvious damage, crushing, or water exposure.
- Unboxing Inspection: We strongly recommend inspecting the goods in the presence of the courier. Please check:
- Whether the product model and quantity match your order.
- If there is any visible physical damage to the body or accessories (e.g., cracks, breaks).
- Handling Exceptions: If you find the package damaged or the items incorrect/damaged, please refuse the delivery, take photos as evidence immediately, and contact our support team (mailto:root@variomech.com) within 24 hours. Once you sign for the package without noting any exceptions, it is considered that you acknowledge the package and items are in good condition.
5. Shipping Address & Changes
- Please ensure the shipping address, contact person, and phone number provided at checkout are accurate.
- If the order has not shipped, you may contact customer service to attempt an address change. If the order has already shipped, we cannot intercept or modify the address. Any resulting forwarding fees or risk of loss will be your responsibility.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unanswered phone calls, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to the Variomech warehouse.
- For returned orders, we will issue a refund for the remaining amount after deducting the actual round-trip shipping costs incurred.
7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

- These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Variomech has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.
